Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file have been downloaded or accessed.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned or revoked after delivery.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete
- The file does not open or function as described
- You received the wrong file
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will be happy to assist or provide a replacement file.
Cancellations
